[Theme: rt theme 18] Amount of products per page

Hello, iam using rt theme 18, and when im going to the wordpress admin control panel, and then to the RT-THEME 18 tab and choose the Product options tab, I have the ability to choose how many items I want to display per page.

What I would like to do, is to get this number within a code file im writing my self for my site and to display it to the screen, is it possible?
