Media page grid view wont load when this plugin is activated.

I understand this plugin has not been tested yet on 4.0 but I also see that it has 5 votes that it does indeed work.
I’ve had this plugin and 4.0 working for a while now but recently my media page, but only in *Grid View* will not load the images.
With usual deactivation of plugins I found it was this plugin that was stopping it from working.
