This is definitely possible, but you would need a combination of other plugins too.
You might need the Premium or Enterprise version of Google Apps Login to control which Google Apps users should be allowed access to the site. With the Premium version you can ensure all of your Google Apps users can access the site and insist they use Google Apps. On top of that, with the Enterprise version, you can map different users (based on Google Group membership, or just individual email addresses) to different WordPress roles.
Once users have specific WordPress roles (and you could find a plugin to create custom roles), you should be able to use a privacy plugin to restrict access to a particular page to specified WP roles.
