Unable to reconnect to Google for Publicize

I set up Jetpack Publicize connections to Facebook and a Google+ business page for our website.

The Facebook connection works perfectly, but I can’t get the right permissions for posting to our Google+ page.

What I do is:

1. Click ‘Connect’ under Google+
2. I get to the Google Select an account page, at which point I select the Google+ business page I want to connect with
3. All I get is the ‘Have offline access’ permission: https://i.imgur.com/sKJeJIj.png

Weirdly enough, if I select any other Google+ business page, I am presented with the appropriate permissions.

If I remember correctly, the first time I tried to connect to this particular Google+ page, I did get the right permissions. Unfortunately we had server issues right after I clicked ‘Accept’ and possibly because of that it didn’t save properly.

I have already tried:

• following all the Jetpack instructions for Reconnecting Google+
• deactivating and reactivating Publicize
• deactivating and reactivating Jetpack
• uninstalling and reinstalling Jetpack

And there is no WordPress/Jetpack app in my Google+ Manage Apps.

Would appreciate it if I could please get some help with this, thank you.
