How do handle large numbers of variation and bulk update all products/variations

Im setting up a store selling spraycans. The store will basically have a range of 164 colors, not all of them available at the same time, for the most part. I will set up a product for each color, but when you click on this product i want the option to choose other colors when you are in the single product view. Im using WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos add-on to create a color swatch library to choose from.
This works good, but my problem is this: Say i have 5 spraycans in the library, i want those 5 colors all have the option to choose from the 5 available colors. As it is now i need to manually add each color as a variation on each single product. I want this to be automatically done, like when i add a new single product color, i want that color to be added as a variation on all the available products. Is this possible somehow?
