Is it possible to do a split in half landing page?

Is it possible to do a split in half landing page with each page having different links?

Just a full screen page with two images, one to the left and one to the right, each one leading to a different link and when having a mouse over each image to shake or grow or do anything that shows the viewer that the mouse is over that image?

And can it be responsive? ??
