Funds Management and Pay by Credit Card

Great plugin ! The only 2 features that are not included are
1. Payment by Credit Card(Without creating PayPal account)
2. Funds Management(Creating Campaigns, Setting targets, Reviewing Funds Collected so far, e.t.c)
