    Hmmm. That link to the example page is broken. Have you checked your functions.php file to see if your theme is setting the crop preferences?

    Look for this function in your functions.php file: set_post_thumbnail_size( );

    It will also help if you put that sample page back up.

    I actually ended up using a different plugin, as I couldn’t get it to work.

    (I also tried to delete this thread but couldn’t)
