Background Color of Featured Circles for Archives vs. Homepage

I have a solid background color on my homepage, and I changed the background of the featured circles to match that.

However, I have an image background on all the other pages of my site. The square cutout behind the featured image circles still matches the front page color.

Is there any way to change the background of those responsive circles to match the background of the page? Without altering the background of the homepage circles, of course.
