Moving Site/Adding Page

Hi Everyone

I currently have a website up and running, however I have received a penalty from Google for ‘Thin Content’ and I need to make some changes.

So if my website is https://www.abc.com, I need to effectively move the entire site to https://www.abc.com/reviews and then add a brand new homepage for https://www.abc.com, which will have links to the existing content.

Problem is, I don’t really know how to do it!

Any advice on the easiest way would really be appreciated
