change order list custom post type by guest

hi community, i early for wordpress codex.

i get some case about how to change order list custom post type by guest,

so I have a custom post type of property, I created a template page.
The file template-property.php I made the select option so guests can order the list according to their wishes (‘asc’ and ‘desc’).

I don’t know at the arguments ‘order’ = ‘….’, because there will be two arguments (asc and desc).

any suggestion for me?
