Send button gone after updating to 14.6

    First of all thanks for kicking back in this great project.

    I’ve lost the SEND button. I’m using a custom styling.css which worked great until the last 14.x updates. The custom styling had no problems sinds V10 until 14. Is there anything changed that causes the button not to load?

    From what i’ve seen is that the ‘old’ cforms2 used ‘/cforms2/ as the directory name, and the ‘new’ cforms2 uses ‘/cforms/’ as the directory name. i had a cforms-custom folder for custom css which referred to /cforms/. After changing the css , the send button was back again.
