Problem with multiple boxes on a single page

Hello,

I have in a few instances created pages where there are multiple boxes on a single page – either one in the sidebar and one at the bottom of a post, or one at the top of the post and one at the bottom.

If the bottom box is used to opt-in, it shows an error in the top box indicating that required fields have not been filled in.
