• Hi, I would like to change date format and use name of the month in local language (in post info – in posts and in categories). Where can I change it?

    Go to Settings -> General
    You will find the options to change the format of the date in that page.

    And to change the month into local language you will need to install the WordPress in the local language.

    Hi, i have the same problem of Kazek. In my website i have to display the date related to Event/News posts in italian format. I’ve already installed WordPress in italian Language, i’ve gone to Setting -> General and i’ve setted the format date in italian. It works everywhere except for the posts in Event/News …. i still have the english format and also i have “More” as label of the read more button.
    Could it be caused by the Theme i’ve choosen (Accesspress lite)?
    How can i solve that problem?
    Many thanks for your help ..!

    Hi,
    It should be change in code because we provide the custom date for the events so it is situated at themefolder->inc-> custom-metabox.php and you can find jan to dec in there so change it to your local language.
    Thanks,

    Thank you very much for your kind reply!
    I’ve changed the custom date in the file you indicated above and it works!
    However, as mentioned before, I still have a similar problem in Events with the “More” label of the read more grey button … i would to translate it in Italian … in this case where i should do the changes, since i didn’t find a specific code in the custom-metabox.php file ?? ?
    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi there,
    There are option in theme option for to change the text of read more buttons, so you can put your local language read more text. If you are using the older version please update the theme.
