  • I have the same issue. I am using Jetpack 3.1.1 and WordPress 4.0. I have never been able to get this to work on any of my sites and it seems it is a old problem from searching this forum. Does anyone know of another plugin that can do this?

@julian annunciationtrust.org.uk doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. Could you go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page.

Let me know if that helps.

@webinaut Could you let me know the 2 site URLs you use, like Julian did, so I can take a closer look at the problem?

    Thanks, Jeremy.

I have done as you say and I am now getting the Annunciation Trust posts in the This Body blog.

However, the position with the Annunciation Trust blog remains unchanged. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack in both blogs several times. I also tried removing and reinstating the widget.

Could you point me to one of the pages where the widget is displayed, so I can take a closer look? I do not see the widget on your home page at the moment:

The widget is on every page, the last widget on the sidebar on the right.

I checked it about 4 hours ago and it was working fine. And now it isn’t. (It is still working on https://www.thisbody.info.) It currently says:

    “RECENT POSTS FROM: THIS BODY

“We cannot load blog data at this time.”

thisbody.info is now the site where your Jetpack connection is broken.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about both sites? You can do it like so:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

I assume you’ve managed to solve the issue by yourself.

If you still experience issues, do not hesitate to follow the instructions I posted above to send us more details about your sites. Thanks!

I am having the same issue.
