Get Litebox Plugin work with my template

    I need to sync the following codes work together.

    Simply i want to sync litebox (light box) plugin with my theme’s code.

    Below my theme’s php code;
    <a href="<?php echo get_permalink($post->ID); ?>" class="linkPort" ></a>

    And below the php code of my plugin;
    <?php
    echo do_shortcode(‘ [litebox href=”https://vimeo.com/45427826&#8243; ]’);
    ?>

    Are there anybody can help me?
