How do I move site content on wordpress.com to my new host

Hi

I set up a couple of blogs on wordpress.com using their upgrade so that it could be accessed using my domain nane edibleeastbourne.org

I registered the domain via wordpress.com when I set up the blogs

I have now purchased hosting facilities in ipage.com and want to port my site content to that host.

I don’t know where to find info on how to do that.

I’ve still got to do the domain transfers [guess it’s better to move them to new host domain registration facilities]

I think I can install WordPress onto my host at ipage, there’s buttons for it [I know bluehost best].. but then what happens to the content from wordpress.com?

I am transferring to self host specifically to get more facilities, possible paypal buttons etc [we’re a community not for profit organisation in the UK] and use my favorite theme Suffusion and install my own plugins/widgets etc.

Any pointers to where I can find that info or if not any ideas would be deeply arppeciated
