Add Tax

    I would like to add a tax row on the order complete email.
    All the Product Price have the Tax already. I want to display on the email:

    Product 1 ——– Price
    Product 2 ——– Price

    Sub Total ——– Amount
    Tax ————– Tax Amount
    Shipping Fee —– Amount
    ___________________________
    Total ———— Total Amount

    Like that. Can you help me?
