Dynamic inclusions for pages? Ex: whateva/?watever

I was wondering how to do a dynamic include with subpages. Ex. regular dynamic includes would be whateber.php?page

I was wondering if this can be done with pages, like mydomain.com/page/?subpage. Is that possible? If so how?
