No Archive and slug not working

    In the latest release, 1.6.6, I have added a method to customize the base event url (the /event). You can do this by going to you wp-admin and browsing to Settings -> Permalinks. At the bottom of the page, you will see a section labeled ‘Event permalink base’. In this section you will see a labeled textbox called ‘Event base’. In the textbox type in the url segment you would like to use. For instance, if you wish to use /concerts instead of /events, then inside the textbox type ‘concert’. Once you have changed this to your taste, simply click ‘Save Changes’, and all your permalinks for the events will change to use that base slug instead.
