Media files don't display when RPR active

    The Register Plus Redux plugin disables Media Files Library display in WordPress dashboard. Deactivating the RPR plugin restores display. Reactivating RPR plugin disables display. The same behavior occurs with the X2 Theme Options display: deactivating and reactivating RPR plugin toggles the display (normal, full-page, tabular display / abnormal, left-justified, linear display).

    For some unknown reason, Media Files and X2 Theme Options now display with RPR active. Perhaps installing a new plugin changed something under the hood. Deactivating the new plugin does not revert to old behavior. Unable, therefore, to recreate the problem.

    I believe this was resolved with the release of 4.0.3. Thank you for testing this out to confirm we resolved the issue.
