    Does the user exist in WordPress?

    There can be some delay in Zombaio IPN firing after a Payment occurs. Tho generally not.
    Did you complete the IPN Wizard setup?

    Are all users affected?

    If the user was manually created in Zombaio they do not get created in WordPress (it’s a hiccup in the IPN Handler that I’m looking at).

    I see you’ve dropped me and email to. But I’ll respond here.
    (I’m in the middle of moving house currently so could be sluggish to respond)

    I have use Zombaios joinform. Not joinform widget so der are the problem
    But i kan se the user in zombaio rapport in the plugin.
    But not in wordpres user

    That is likely the problem.

    Since you didn’t use my widget or join form.
    The IPN end point rejected the result.

    I have not tested what happens if you use the Zombaio Join form instead of the join form

    You should consider using the [zombaio_join] shortcode instead of the Zombaio Join form as documented On Other Notes

    I have try the shotcode.
    an is not working right.
