How can I test, if the redirect works ?

maybe a stupid question from me, since I am not a developer. I installed your plugin to redirect https://www.personal-training-mittelhessen.de/wie-danny-fischer-nach-13-stunden-krafttraining-54-koerperfett-verlieren-und-78kg-muskeln-aufbauen-konnte/ to
https://www.personal-training-mittelhessen.de/project/koerperfett-verlieren-interview-mit-danny-fischer/for users and SEO, but I find any difference.
How can I test, if the plugin is working. I thought, if I call the old URL, the plugin will redirect me to the new one.
