or let me know which is this plugin & send me link of that. or send me any link of similar plugin which shows featured post as a thumnail.
TwentyFourteen is theme of my website.
so plugin should me compatible of it.

You really, really, really do not need to keep posting the URL to that site. It sets of spam triggers when you do that repeatedly…
