    Hi there,
My site uses theme Zeesynergie and plugin Polylang. It has a static frontpage and uses 2 languages: Netherlands (standard) and English.
Everything is working just fine except changing language from Netherlands to English. By then you see an empty standard page. If you select after that another page through the menu it is OK.
Switching from English to Netherlands goes without problem.
I use 2 menu’s and 2 set’s of pages. The language widget is set to ‘redirect to home page’ for English menu as well as Netherlands.
In my opinion the problem is that in the settings for the static page I can only redirect to the frontpage in Netherlands however the Polylang description says that it doesn’t matter which page has been chosen. Hope somebody has a solution: https://www.envisafe.nl/?lang=nl
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi!

You probably did not translate your static front page, or if you did, make sure they are correctly linked.

    Hi Chouby,
Thank you for your early reply. I really like this plugin.
Concerning my problem: I did translate all my pages to have 2 sets: 1 in Dutch and 1 in English. In both menu’s I use the correct frontpage. And in both menu’s the language widget redirect to the frontpage. What do you mean by correctly linked? Should they be linked to each other and if how?

When you edit your page, in the language metabox, you should see the title of the translated page.
