    The plugin data in the database should be included when you export your site to an XML backup file (look under Tools > Export). This should include Menus, Menu Items and the items on the Settings page. Re-installing the plugin on your new site will restore the actual plugin files.

    As always, be sure to back up your existing site when transitioning to a new site. More information can be found here.

    Hi NateWr,

    Thanks for the reply. I wasn’t even able to export it because I couldn’t login to my wordpress dashboard. So I am asking whether are there any ways to back up from the database of my host server.

    Anyway, I’ve contacted the host support and they have restored my host account to a working good state. My site is back alive now and the first thing I did was what you mentioned above to backup my data.
