what is best way to edit user profiles when w/ s2 member using multisite

I am using s2 member with a multisite.
1. How can I tell if a person joins and pays through paypal but does not finish the registration process? Wishlist member will show an incomplete registration message next to the user name. This helps to advert people asking for refunds when something goes wrong with the registration process after payment.
2. What is the best way to edit a users account with s2 member? I am having a heck of a time just searching for them. I will have manually entered a user and and then go to search for them and will get a message they can not be found and then search again with exact same spelling and it finds them.
how do we quickly help our members?3. Is there a function in s2 member that helps you with member reporting? For example tell you how many members at which levels etc.?
4. I understand this plugin is very powerful but it is becoming a full time job trying to understand it. Can someone please refer me to members on the forum that will do freelance work and help in setting up this plugin to its full potential? You need to be a developer to be able to email a question to a real person in customer service.
