Add subtitles like in Viki.com

Hi,

I want my website to feature videos with foreign language subtitles. But the trick is to have a button on the side which opens a drop down menu with different language choices. Once a user picks a language, French for example, the subtitles appear instantly at the bottom of the video.

Viki.com does this really well. But can this is created in WordPress?
