Adding widgets to a different theme / showing features

Hi I have the job manager plugin along with premium job manager plugins which I would like to use on a different theme : https://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054
I have installed the theme and installed the plugins but when I use the widget importer to import the widget dummy content file : jobify-widgets.wie it says Site does not support widget
However I am still able to add shortcodes to pages which shows the job board etc..
If anyone can help me on how I can show the jobmanager features on a different theme I would be very grateful.
