Issue with the Font / Menu Icons

Font Awesome is being used to display icons. It’s never being used for displaying body text so that’s the reason why your icons (arrows, etc.) went missing.

If you reverted back to your original CSS and still don’t see the icons, are you sure you didn’t delete the Font Awesome font files from your server?

I don’t think I have deleted them from the server as I just changed the CSS.

I don’t have a copy of the original CSS, which is a pain.

If I replace the font name back to FontAwesome they are not there either. I am not quite sure how to check.

Can you place the CSS file that edited here?

May I piggyback on this same issue? In same theme, to get rid of the hamburger icon and change to word ‘menu’ I changed this in the header code
