I was unable to know what is happening from the front end. Could you give me access to the admin screen? i would like to put some logging information.

the main user of this site removed some plugins that were not in use (she’s not sure which they were, but some were for Facebook integration), and it is now working.
Thanks for investigating.

If anyone else experiences the issue, it may be down to a plugin conflict.

I have put in my stripe publishing keys and when trying to make a payment from front end it saids stripe publishable key is not correct.
