Photos won't upload

    @megan1967 – Have you checked for conflicts with other active plugins?

    Are you seeing anything recent in your server’s error_log files that may be related to NextGEN Gallery?

    Luckily I only had two plugins installed at this point. I deactivated both and the NextGen Gallery plugin still won’t upload photos. I don’t know which directory the error_log files are located in.

    @megan1967 – Are the file and folder permissions being correctly inherited from your /wp-content/ folder for your gallery folders? They should be equivalent to 0755 and 0644 for folders and files respectively … you should be able to verify that with your web hosting service.

    They can also tell you were to find any error_log files as well.
