front end post to CPT

Could anyone tell me how to post from the front end to a custom post type?

I am using the CPT UI plugin to create custom post types. I am using a taxonomy in the CPT and I want my users to select components from the taxonomy to compile a profile which will be saved as a post in that CPT. I need a front end dialogue that allows them to choose and save.
