Sorry to ask an obvious question, but before I spend money on a plugin, I’d like to know it works with my version. The database shows as untested with 4.0.

This looks like it will do exactly what I’ve been trying to do on another CMS but with a lot less hassle, so I’m excited.

BUT — does it work on 4.0 MU? I’m currently looking to use it on 1 site only, but I have other (very different) sites on the same network.

The license is for 1 site, right? So if I later wanted to use it on another site on the same network, would I need to purchase a new license? Or would it work on both?

    Thanks for your hard work!

Hi there, we need to update that – it works fine on 4.0. All our sites are 4.0. We will get that updated.

Are you asking about the premium plugins in terms of purchase? Obviously, this one here is free. Yes, you’d need to purchase plugins per site. Feel free to email to discuss multiple site discounts and which plugins: myfandoms@ gmail .com

Would you recommend that I start with the free or the paid version if I know I’m going to need paid options? (Like user profile and such…)

Free. For almost all sites, that’s all you’ll need. Premium is for much larger communities. You might want to add the Favorites and Author Profile plugins. Those are $8 and $9 each – minus 40%, so super cheap ?? I’d say 90%+ of sites will just need Basic and then with those 2 plugins, you’re in terrific shape!

It is my understanding that I need the premium plugin if I want to create a poetry site, to change the field labels. I’m going to go ahead and start out with the premium plugin and see if it does what I want. I’m a little nervous about what happens after a year, though…
