"not enough rights" error when enabled

Did you disable the plugins? Do you have the option set to disable plugins on the admin? If you have a plugin disabled globally or through a plugin filter and you try to go to it’s admin page you will get an error saying you don’t have permission to access that page.

I installed Plugin organizer, disabled some plugins on frontpage. After update to WP 4.0 and update Plugin organizer, I can’t even edit plugin organizer, the same message appears.

Deleted Plugin Organizer, everything works fine. Installed again, message appears.

Go into your database and change the entry in your wp_options table with the option_name PO_admin_disable_plugins. Set the option_value to 0.

If that doesn’t work then delete all entries from your wp_PO_plugins table.

You could also try setting the entry in the wp_options table with the option_name PO_disabled_plugins to have an option_value of a:0:{}
