Pull in new user created from Formidable Registration
-
I use Formidable myself (as the admin, logged in) to initiate series of events (emailing customer quotes that I am uploading to a form, initiating mailchimp sequence, sending data to zapier, etc.). This is a private form that I access while logged in. It is not for visitors to fill out with their information.
Formidable Registration registers the person that is getting quotes as a new user. The goal is to have this one step process create a private, secure client page. The page would have some of the information that I enter into the form on the page. The private page would allow them to click links to view the pdf quotes that are emailed to them.
Formidable would send them their username and login with login url. Customer Access would create the private page that is secured. The urls from the file uploader in my form get embedded in the new client page. Customer Access (or Formidable..) sets up the system so that when the client logs in, the redirect that is done from the Client Portal page directs them to their quote page. Nobody else can view this page. The urls for the pdfs are private and if someone copied and pasted the url, they would either get a 404 or a “you do not have authorization to view this”.
Can this be done? Has to start with Formidable and be done in one motion (submission of form).
