Save to Custom Post

I, stupidly, have ended up with a membership platform (Users Ultra Pro) and a specialized Search (Search and Filter Pro) which are not compatible. The search plugin only searches pages/posts/CPT’s and the membership plugin stores user profiles elsewhere.

What I need to do is save my members profile tags in CPT’s so the search facility can find them. The rest of their profiles can remain where they are.

Can anyone think of a workaround to do this?

I thought maybe members could register then be redirected to another dialogue where they compile their tag profiles which are then saved in a CPT. I am not really sure how to do this.
