• Video hosted on Wistia.

iframe code link for the video is embedded on a www.remarpro.com page

The thumbnail for the video is used in a MailChimp email as the link to the page.

When the email arrives in your inbox, the video thumbnail links beautifully to the www.remarpro.com page if you view it via a desktop browser.

If you click on the thumbnail using the email in your mobile device, it brings you to a File Not Found error…which appears on the page I designed.

    I’m clueless.

  • Make sure you don’t have any redirects setup for mobile. Also, if theme is responsive, maybe that’s causing the issue.

It sounds like either WP or email issues, not so much Wistia since its a simple iframe embed.

    Thanks, Viktor.

“Redirects setup for mobile.” I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean…

The theme is a responsive theme. There’s no way to turn that off…

Are you able to see and confirm that the destination URL for desktop and mobile is the same? If you click on the email on your desktop vs mobile, do they both go to the same exact page (url)?
