I am running the Choices WordPress theme
    https://www.kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=choices

I have Amazon S3 and CloudFront setup to host and deliver my MP4 video files for my website.

I installed FlowPlayer > Created a new video > went to the advanced tab and for the rtmp line I entered: rtmp://xxxxxx.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/

on the flash line I entered MP4:videoname.mp4

I embedded the short code into a post and published it. I can see the player in the post but it does not play.

I need assistance with the proper way to setup each video with the rmtp line format and the flash video line format.

I forgot to mention that this is my first time installing Flowplayer and downloading it so it should be the most current version.

The steps sound fine. Is there a way to confirm that your cloudfront server is setup correctly. I do not know much about setting the server up as I just create the plugin.

Could you share a link to a post so that I can check that there are no other issues?

I re-checked all of the steps for CloudFront, so I think they appear to be fine.

The original problem I described was with the Firefox browser. With the Safari browser, I receive: “html5: Unsupported video format. Try installing Adobe Flash.”

I have all of my videos in S3 in the actual root of the bucket. I created a CloudFront Origin Access Identity wth the proper permissions.

    1. Should the MP4:video.mp4 go on the Flash line?

    2. If it does go on the Flash line, do I need to reference the S3 bucket name in the path, even though they are sitting in the root of the bucket?

If all of this sounds correct, my website has not been released & I have a Coming Soon Plugin active.

I can create you a login to check the video settings & see the post. You can see the website live once you login to WordPress.

    1. Yes, it should go on the flash line.
    2. I don’t think so. This is what I have on my site.
    mp4: “https://example.com/1987/319-JojoStruys.mp4”
    flash: “mp4:1987/319-JojoStruys.mp4”

It sounds like I have everything setup correctly. My last option would be for you to login & take a look.
