    Hi,

You should be able to embed images without issue. If you could send an email to [email protected] i will take look at it and see if i can figure out what the template is doing.

    Best,
    Josh

Any chance you could post a jing / screen capture? It would also be helpful to know if you are using the new template or old templates. I’d also like to know what email client you are viewing the messages in.

Could you post your support information here as well?

The only issue I have seen with images not displaying properly is if for some reason they get inserted without the table. That can sometimes affect alignment. But it doesn’t make sense for the image not to appear at all. You can certainly send a test email to me at doug at sendpress dot com. if you do, just include the link to the forum in the email.

    Hi Josh,
    Thanks for your quick reply.
I did try to use the new templates initially.
I did as suggested and cloned the default template, renamed it B#Default. As soon as I added anything to any of the template sections, the name reverted to Responsive Starter and I just end up with two templates with this name…

So the email I just sent to you is based on an “old” template. It should have the image of a calendar at the bottom of the content area, but it doesn’t appear when I send it to myself.

    Joe.

    HI besharptherapy,

Are you using a lazy loading plugin? it looks like the src was swapped to a transparent gif. Looks like this is why the image does not show up.

    <div><img class=”sp-img” style=”vertical-align: top;” src=”https://www.besharptherapy.com/v4/wp-content/plugins/dms-plugin-pro/libs/images/1×1.trans.gif&#8221; data-lazy-src=”https://www.besharptherapy.com/v4/wp-content/uploads/calendar1.jpg&#8221; alt=”” align=”center” border=”0″ hspace=”0″ vspace=”0″></div>

Also thanks for the update on the template info. I will take a look at the bug.

    Thanks,
    Josh

Just tried removing the lazy loading option (actually in an add-on plugin to my theme), and now the image is showing! Huzzah!

    Thanks for your help!

PS Let me know when you’ve tracked down the cloning bug and I can help test it out for you.

    Hi Josh,
    I’m now having problems sending…
Single test email works, but now I’m trying to send to a list of 628 subscribers.
When I click send, the emails are not being added to the queue.
I’m using Autocron and using my own website to send the emails.
    Any ideas?
    Joe.

Scratch the last comment! Didn’t realise there was an additional “Confirm Send” button to press!
