    Thank you for choosing Users Ultra.
    Yes, you will need to deactivate the lite version prior to activating the Pro. Don’t delete lite via WordPress Dashboard, or you may loose data. If you are wanting to use the Pro version, we would really need to take things to our forums for any follow up.

    Side note: Hello Dot 07! *Waves* When you get a question like “upgrading to pro” can you also provide a link to your forum?

    As you have indicated (and your reply was spot on), commercial products are not supported in these forums and a link back to your forum would help. ??
