Shortlink URL wp.me doesn't work since I modified name directory

Since I moved wdp directory to communique-de-presse, Publicize shortlink wp.me still redirect posts to https://www.bizecho.com/wdp/ instead of https://www.bizecho.com/communique-de-presse/
Thanks in advance for updating the Jetpack settings of the website.
