Link to main instagram feed instead of image

Hey Lily,

It sure is! Just add the following snippet to the plugin’s Custom JavaScript section, which is at the bottom of the plugin’s Customize tab:

jQuery('#sb_instagram .sbi_photo').attr('href', 'https://instagram.com/you');

You can change the Instagram link in the snippet to be the link to your page. Let me know whether that does the trick for you.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I pasted that full line (with the correct instagram account) and it still goes to the individual post. Any other thoughts?

Hey Lily,

I just realized that the Custom JavaScript is being run immediately when the page is loaded and not after the photos are loaded and so I’ll need to make an adjustment to the plugin to account for this. I should be able to push out an update later today or early tomorrow. Once updated then the above code snippet should work for you.

Hi, I just got this pro version and it looks great. Thank you!

I have the same problem as Lily, when I click on a image and when on the link to my Instagram I end up on the specifik image instead of my feed.

Would love a fix on this.

As you’re using the Pro version then it’s recommended to use the Support form on our website as the moderators on this www.remarpro.com forum don’t allow support for paid products to be conducted here I’m afraid.

The snippet provided to Lily above is for the free version of the plugin. When rolling over the photo in the Pro plugin it displays the option to either view the image in a popup lightbox, view the image on Instagram, or view the Instagram account that the photo is from. You can remove or change the links to any of these via CSS or JavaScript and if you could contact me via the Support form at the link above and describe exactly what you’d like to do then I can send you the relevant snippet to use ??
