Old Post didn't change to new shortlink

    Thank you for your hardwork make this great plugin.
    I have some problem. Today I just made new shortlink with my domain.
    But what I get for the new shortlink just for the new post too. I want to make my old posts to use new shorturl domain.
    How to do that?
