Block Post/Page Title

Hi ! All good ?

1) Is it possible to block the page title ? The content is blocked, but the post/page title not blocked.
.
2) Another thing is: I create one(1) post or page per username access. So that username don′t have two or more posts/pages assigned to view these posts/pages. Is it possible when I create a post or a page and select the username and when he login, he is automatically redirected to this page ?
