    Hi,
First verify your login and password of your PrestaShop database.
If the WordPress host doesn’t have access to the PrestaShop database, here is the procedure to apply before running the migration:
    – export the PrestaShop database to a SQL file (with phpMyAdmin for example)
    – import this SQL file on the same database as WordPress (still with phpMyAdmin)
    – run the migration by using WordPress database credentials (host, user, password, database) instead of the PrestaShop ones

hello. trying to import database from the same wordpress. it show number of the products, categoryes, posts etc. But it importing only articles and tags. products, categoryes 0.. and it if “skip media”. How to import it correctly with media?
    thanks

To answer your question, to import the media, you must:
    – not check “Skip media”
    – put the live PrestaShop home page URL in the URL?field

ok. sorry. I’ve uncheked skip media and it not import products too and show errors can’t import images. When “skip media” checked it is not importing products.

What did you put in the URL field?
You must put the URL of the live PrestaShop site.

Did you empty the database with the “Empty WordPress content” button?

And which version of PrestaShop are you using?

    1. Trying to put url of the store – the same problems

The image import problem has been fixed in version 1.1.1.
I couldn’t reproduce the product import problem. All your 479 products are well imported when I ran the import from your database.

    have upgrade plugin.
no errors after import, but result is:
    [fgp2wc] 0 categories imported
    [fgp2wc] 12 articles imported
    [fgp2wc] 0 tags imported
    [fgp2wc] 0 product categories imported
    [fgp2wc] 0 products imported
    [fgp2wc] 77 medias imported

    no products(
