Contact Form 7 Does Not work

  • I am using contact form 7 in my wordpress website. Its working fine from last 3-4 months but suddenly it started giving error. while i send the message via contact form it shows an error that is

    Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    So i contact my hosting provider they tell its SMTP authentication error. So pls let me know how to solve this issue. I have tried to solve this issue by using wp mail smtp plug in but yet it problem is there. pls help to solve my problem.
