Thank you David. How your CSV import plugin will handle the duplicated data. Let me give you an example: I have more than 10000 clients but I know that some rows have have the same data or partial data of a row.

It should de-dupe automatically. Our leads system won’t let the same email entered twice. But as the system is now the record data will updated to the last email record processed when an email is processed more than once.

Did you mean that the content of that row (for instance the address) will be completely replaced by the new row?
