IFrames and wierd symbols

First, I don’t know anything about writing code, thus useless in that respect. So thanks to all of you who put this stuff together. Two questions. Sometimes when I refresh the webpage, strange symbols pop up in the text and tables. Second, I can’t seem to incorporate IFrames in the html without preventing the text from blog posts below the post with the IFrame form disappearing. They are still there in the html code, but not visible on the web page. And while we are talking about that, how does one insert a simple table from word or excel without corrupting its format.
