    I did spend hours yesterday on this thing before I decided to ask you.
    When I connected this morning to try your suggestions, everything was ok.

    Another unsolved mystery.

    Hi Silvere

    We experienced the exact same issue yesterday at work. No Clone button available.

    Went to check the support area on the website. Website was displaying a db config error at first, then a server 500 error.

    Today, website is back, so’s the Clone button. I think you can join the dots…

    @downtownboogie this was originally a different issue with the same symptoms. If there is a JS conflict or other problem on the site where the Cloner is installed, it can cause that behavior.

    However, what you saw recently was that we just had a godaddy hosting meltdown over the past few days and we are still in the process of migrating to wpengine for much better reliability.
